Week-by-Week Structure
Week 1 – Orientation + Workflow Mindset
- What an AI Marketer is (vs. channel specialists).
- Systems thinking: workflows > tasks > channels.
- Lab: Audit your marketing workflows → identify 5 automations you will attempt in the course.
- Assessment: Submit system map draft.
Fail criteria: Late or superficial audit.
Week 2 – AI Workflow Fundamentals
- Beyond prompt hacking: chaining, APIs, structured inputs/outputs.
- Lab: Build a simple agent workflow (e.g., summarizing inbound leads and pushing to Slack).
- Technical Gate: Must implement 1 API call (no-code + code allowed).
Fail criteria: No API integration, workflow breaks on demo.
